Our Vision for 2026: Growing Deeper, Serving More
At Jericho Road Ministries, our mission has always been to walk alongside neighbors facing overwhelming circumstances, offering hope, compassion, and a path to lasting transformation. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to share bold steps we’re taking to deepen our impact across Hernando County and beyond.
Expanding Programs and Groups
We’re growing our depth of services by expanding our recovery and support programs to include more groups and classes. The groups focus on practical steps into recovery, while our new classes focus on personal wellness. Our commitment is to meet people where they are and walk with them every step of the way. An individual in our program will complete at least 32 Biblical classes, 48 groups, 12 Celebrate Recovery classes, 12 circle times, 11 financial classes and 3 health classes in their first 3 months with us.
Programming for 25 Months
Our commitment is to long-term sobriety, as recovery takes time. For this reason, individuals can now stay in our program for up to 25 months. The program is divided into phases, with each subsequent phase encouraging increased independence and responsibility. By providing this extended support, we are allowing people to address the root issues of their substance abuse in order for long-term recovery to take place.
Increasing Bed Capacity
To serve more individuals in 2026, our goal is to increase our total bed capacity to 110 across our Men’s and Women’s Centers. This expansion will allow us to offer safe, supportive housing to more people seeking freedom from addiction and a fresh start in life.
Opening a Sixth Thrift Store
We’re also planning to open a sixth Jericho Road Ministries Thrift Store, creating new opportunities for job training, funding our programs, and extending our mission into new neighborhoods. Every purchase and donation directly supports recovery, restoration, and hope.
We’re grateful for our community of donors, volunteers, and partners who make this growth possible! Together, we’re building futures marked by hope, one life at a time.
