Sales Associate - Part Time
The Thrift Store Sales Associate works under the direct supervision of the Thrift Store Manager. This individual must be a born-again Christian of proven testimony and evidence of spiritual growth including: leadership, discipleship, maturity, discernment, patience, objectivity, and stewardship effectiveness. This person must be able to share his or her testimony with program clients. This individual will operate a cash register to record all transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service being critical, this person will assist customers by phone or in person at the cash register. This individual must be able to answer customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise and be able to follow standard Jericho operating procedures when carrying out position responsibilities.
Marketing Assistant - Full Time
The Marketing assistant will assist in developing and managing marketing and communication efforts for Jericho Road Ministries through social media, email, text messaging, and promotional content. Support ministry outreach by creating engaging, brand-aligned content that highlights our recovery program, thrift stores, community impact, and donor engagement initiatives while collaborating with staff on events, campaigns, and storytelling.
Donor Relations Coordinator- Full Time
The Donor Relations Coordinator will assist in managing fundraising processes and donor stewardship efforts for Jericho Road Ministries through donor databases and direct mail campaigns. The Donor Relations Coordinator reports to the VP of Development. They must be a born-again Christian of proven testimony and evidence of spiritual growth including leadership, discipleship, maturity, discernment, patience, objectivity, and stewardship effectiveness.
Women’s Center Assistant - Full Time
The Women’s Center Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Women’s Center Manager. The Center Assistant must have experience relevant to Rescue or Center Ministry and have a valid Florida driver’s license. Work at the Center requires continual attention to details in overseeing residents, holding to policy program guidelines, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. This employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated flexibility and an ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
