Church Partnerships

ONE CHURCH. ONE MISSION.

Whether you're a pastor or another church leader, Jericho Road Ministries is a valuable resource for your church. As an extension of your ministry, we offer a free 5-month recovery program for individuals in need within our community. Our centers serve as a refuge for those struggling with substance abuse, and our REbuilt recovery program provides an opportunity for lives to be transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are always excited to partner with local churches, providing support and education in the areas of homelessness and addiction. Together, we share the mission to "Go therefore and make disciples," and we are deeply grateful to collaborate with churches to help disciple the residents in our program and guide them to find a local church after graduation.

There are many wonderful ways to partner with us! See below for some ideas, and fill out the form for any requests. We look forward to connecting with you!

Ways to Partner

At Jericho Road, we understand that every church has its own unique approach to partnership with nonprofits. We value the diversity of church communities and the creative ways that each congregation serves its members and the broader community. We’re open to your ideas and are excited to work together to create meaningful partnerships. If you have other ways in mind for how your church can support, please reach out.

  • Bring a group of about 10 people from your church to tour our center and learn more about our recovery programs. This is a great opportunity to see behind the scenes and understand how we support those in need.

  • Invite one of our dedicated speakers to preach on a Sunday or share a brief update about Jericho Road Ministries with your congregation. Whether it’s a Sunday service or a weekday event, we’re happy to work with your schedule.

  • Organize church groups to volunteer at our centers and provide direct support to individuals struggling. Volunteers are an example of God’s love and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

  • Commit to praying for those impacted by homelessness, substance abuse, and mental illness, as well as for the staff and volunteers working to make a difference in their lives.

  • Monthly giving is a sustainable way to support our recovery programs and help us offer free services for individuals in need. It costs $3,500 for one person to go through our 5-month program, and your financial support helps make that possible.

  • REbuilt Recovery Program graduations are held quarterly and and are where we get to celebrate and hear stories firsthand of what God has done in the lives of our graduates!

If you would like to provide financial support, host the event at your church, help provide refreshments, gifts for the graduates, or be involved in any way, please reach out.

Center Tour

A Jericho Road center tour includes the opportunity to attend a class session, interact with residents and staff, and participate in a walkthrough tour of our centers. This tour created a “see-a-need, fill-a-need” moment for those attending, and we were additionally blessed by Spring Hill Bible Church's generous donation of 50 new large-print Bibles for our residents.

Spring Hill Bible Church has been a great encouragement to us throughout the years, and we have been especially blessed by their partnership more recently. It was a joy to have the opportunity to speak at the church and present about Jericho Road Ministries. Through this engagement, we were able to schedule a tour for those interested in learning more about the ministry.

Event Host

Each year, Jericho Road hosts several events that require a local venue. Many churches generously partner with us by providing space for these gatherings.

A special highlight to Crosspoint Church and New Life Christian Church. For the past two years, Crosspoint Church has hosted our Annual Celebration Dinner, helping raise community awareness and funds for major projects. Their support has been instrumental in the event’s success. New Life Christian Church has been a tremendous blessing, hosting multiple Graduation Services. Not only do they provide the space, but they also generously serve meals with the help of their volunteers.

Volunteer Groups

At Jericho Road, we often have special projects for volunteer groups, including painting, cleaning, landscaping, construction, and ministry opportunities at our Centers. This year, during our Jericho Serve Day at the new 30-bed Women's Center (Esther’s House), several groups helped prepare the facility for opening. Additional groups also contributed outside of the event. Churches involved included Community Bible Church, Northcliffe Church, GO Church, and Fellowship Community Church.

We have ongoing projects year-round, so churches interested in serving are welcome to reach out anytime!

Volunteering is one of our most valued church partnership opportunities. Jericho Road volunteers provide essential support while engaging church members in community service. Cornerstone Baptist Church has been a tremendous blessing to REbuilt, our recovery program, with their Men's Group volunteering as chapel speakers multiple times each month. Over the years, this group has grown, creating more opportunities to serve, teach, encourage, and pray with our Men's Center residents.

Many chapel speakers express that they are the ones truly blessed by this experience. Thank you, Cornerstone Baptist Church, for your partnership and love for our neighbors on the road to recovery.

Chapel Speakers

  • "It is a privilege to have the opportunity to serve at Jericho Road. The chapel services allow the men from Cornerstone to build camaraderie as we serve together at Jericho. It’s also a blessing to watch the men that have committed their lives to Christ grow in their knowledge of Him. The transformation that only Christ can make is amazing to see! Thanks for allowing us to partner with you for the Kingdom of God."

    RON THOMAS

  • "It has been a privilege and an honor to conduct the chapel services at Jericho Road. Every time I go, I am blessed by the eagerness and the tenderness of those who are in attendance. Many of these men have experienced the shallowness and the emptiness of this world. They listen to the word of God being proclaimed without reserve, and in humble gratitude. I personally have been very challenged by the sweet spirit many of these men have exhibited and they’re genuine, gratitude, and thankfulness for the sharing of God‘s word and to what is going on at Jericho."

    GIDEON MANTONYA

  • “Acts 20:35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35 This verse deems true as I participate in Jericho Road Ministry. I am more blessed for being there with the guys as it would seem that these guys are taking their recovery seriously. For whatever reason they are there, these men are making an effort, and prayerfully are depending on The Lord's strength. My short time working with our team from Cornerstone Baptist of Hernando County and the men that are in the program has filled my soul. I am looking forward to seeing some graduates very soon."

    TODD CORRAN

  • "Jericho is a rare gem in the Lord's crown; shining bright as it redeems one soul at a time from the counterfeit ways of Satan. It is a privilege to be a witness of the this great work first- hand at the chapel services. May God continue to use Jericho to meet this ever growing field that is white unto harvest. For HIS Glory!"

    TONY CATES

  • "I am thankful to have been given the opportunity to serve at Jericho Road. It’s a good time to learn and grow around the men at our church, while serving the community around us. I think it’s a Christian’s duty to help serve the community around them. For me, Jericho has been the place I felt lead to help. Honestly it’s been more of a blessing to me than vise versa. I have been learning to become comfortable professing my faith around the company of strangers and friends."

    DERRICK CORRAN

  • "I am grateful and honored for the opportunity to serve at Jericho Road ministries. When I first started coming there with other brothers from Cornerstone Baptist Church I had high anxiety about public speaking yet so excited to share the gospel with the men there, alongside my experience strength and Hope with drug addiction and alcoholism in my past by sharing the free indeed biblical program about addiction and what it talks about in the Bible about it. The men have been very receptive and encouraging. Through this ministry, I have been reminded that sharing our time and resources creates a ripple effect of love and connection each smile exchange and every hand shook has deepened my understanding of our shared Humanity it has inspired me to be more present in my own life and to appreciate the blessings I often take for granted."

    JASON DILLINGHAM

  • "I recently became a follower of Jesus in the summer of 2020. God revealed his love towards me and it was through the power of the Gospel that I overcame a life of addiction. After realizing that the truth could literally set me free from the hold that sin had in my life, I wanted to share that truth with others. I prayed about it and then an opportunity became available to join a group of men from my church, who would lead some of the chapel services for Jericho Road’s Men Center. Since then I have been able to share my testimony with the men there and also have been able to teach them concerning the Gospel. Being a part of the chapel services has really encouraged me to study the Scripture. It is my hope that I will continue to grow in the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ our Savior and that He will use me to plant and water and by his grace watch him bring the increase."
