Andrew chamberlin
Andrew leads with a deep commitment to the mission and a strong ability to cast vision and guide the organization effectively.
Since joining in August 2018, Andrew has brought a wealth of leadership experience, having previously pastored for 12 years and worked at a rescue mission in Youngstown, Ohio. In 2024, he also began serving as a professor at City Vision University, continuing his passion for leadership development and service.

Drew Jackson has been a part of the team since February 2017. With over fifteen years of leadership experience, Drew brings a passion for innovation, growth, and encouragement to every aspect of his work.
He uses his life and career experiences to drive development across the organization, always seeking out opportunities to improve and expand the ministry’s impact.

Nathan Stauffer is responsible for ensuring that the story of Jericho Road Ministries is communicated clearly and effectively. In addition to communications, Nathan also oversees all hardware and software systems across the organization, ensuring that the necessary tools and technologies are in place to support and advance the mission. Nathan has been with Jericho Road Ministries since April 2021.

Kelly's journey with Jericho Road Ministries began at the women’s centers in March of 2024, where she quickly fell in love with the mission. Now, as Vice President of Development, Kelly plays an important role in securing funding that makes our recovery programs free. She is responsible for keeping donors informed and engaged, helping them understand the impact of their generosity, and inviting them to be part of the ongoing, transformative work happening every day through the ministry.

Michelle Snell serves as the Vice President of Operations, where she provides critical support to the programs, thrift stores, and administrative departments of Jericho Road Ministries.
Michelle’s work helps ensure that the organization operates smoothly and efficiently in pursuit of our mission. She has been working for Jericho Road since May 2017.

Bryan Wall finds great joy in providing spiritual support to the staff and volunteers of Jericho Road Ministries. In addition to internal support, Bryan plays a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with local churches. By regularly meeting with pastors and church leaders, he fosters strong ministry partnerships throughout the community. Bryan has been faithfully serving on the Jericho Road Team since January 2007.

April has a passion for people and represents Jericho Road Ministries by building relationships and hosting events that unite the community around the mission to "love our neighbors on the road to recovery." Since joining the team in March 2022, she has been dedicated to raising support and awareness for the life-changing work happening every day at Jericho Road. April’s heart for connection and collaboration helps strengthen community ties and invites others to take part in the mission of hope and restoration.

Since November 2024, Syclair has served the Jericho Road team members as the Human Resources Director. She finds joy in many aspects of her role, especially in helping to hire and welcome new employees. With many staff members being current or former residents of Jericho’s recovery centers, Syclair considers it deeply rewarding to play even a small part in their journey of rebuilding their lives through meaningful work. One of her core goals is to help foster a workplace where every employee feels loved, heard, appreciated, empowered, and supported.

As Facilities Director, Todd Mullins brings a unique and powerful perspective to his role. Having gone through the Jericho Road recovery program himself, Todd experienced life transformation through finding God and now dedicates his career to serving the ministry that helped change his life. Todd started with Jericho Road in March of 2022.

Leslie Gordon
Leslie Gordon serves as the Reentry Director at Jericho Road Ministries, overseeing programs that support individuals transitioning from recovery into independent living. With a heart for restoration and empowerment, she is passionate about helping men and women rebuild their lives through faith-based guidance, practical skills training, and community support. Having joined Jericho Road in 2024, Leslie is dedicated to walking alongside each person as they discover their God-given purpose and potential, fostering lasting success and meaningful new beginnings.

Allison Franklin
Allison serves as Jericho Road’s in-house creative and communications support. She creates multimedia content for a variety of communication channels, all with the purpose to inform the community of the work God is doing at this ministry, and to invite them to get involved.
What Allison enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to connect with individuals in recovery and share their stories of hope. She is grateful to be part of a team that believes in second chances.
